The Longship Boat Crew

What is a Boat Crew?

A Boat Crew is the foundation of Longship - a small, local chapter of men who gather monthly for Longship Council to connect, challenge, and strengthen one another. Each crew runs its own meeting using the free Longship Handbook as a guide, creating space for honest conversation, accountability and brotherhood. Together, they take part in Longship online’s monthly Archetype Forum and Missions, blending local connection with the global Longship movement. In essence, a Boat Crew is a tribe of men committed to growth, resilience, and living the “survive to thrive” journey - side by side.

Each Boat Crew is financially independent, managing its own budget to support local gatherings. This means crews handle their own fees for meeting locations, food, and other shared expenses as they see fit. Longship HQ does not collect or profit from boat crews - the intention is to empower crews to self-govern, sustain themselves, and invest directly into their own brotherhood.

Join the Brotherhood. Lead the Change.

We don’t offer quick fixes.

We offer the structure, the community, and the accountability for men to transform — from the inside out.

When you join Longship, you’re not just signing up for content. You’re joining a lineage of men who’ve chosen to rise, to lead, and to build a better world — starting with themselves.

This Isn’t a Course. It’s a Calling.

Strength isn’t built alone. The men who thrive are the ones who stand shoulder to shoulder, rowing toward a common purpose. If you’re ready to rise mentally, physically, and spiritually — your ship awaits.
