Refund Policy

Memberships

Longship Online memberships are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused membership time.

If you're experiencing financial hardship, please reach out — we may be able to offer a scholarship or reduced rate.

Events and Retreats

We understand plans change. Our event refund policy is as follows:

  • 60+ days before event: Full refund minus processing fees
  • 30-59 days before event: 50% refund or full credit toward a future event
  • Less than 30 days: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to another person

In case of emergency or extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly. We handle each situation individually with compassion.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for support.

Physical Products

Physical merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Event Cancellation by Longship

In the rare event that we must cancel an event or retreat, you will receive a full refund or the option to apply your payment to a future event.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@longshipmen.com with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
